This year, with your continued support we are aiming to fulfill 200+ wishes, AND we’ll be holding a private movie screening.

A $25 donation will sponsor one child’s entrance and snacks, and a $50-$100 donation will sponsor a child’s gift wish.

Dear Friends, last year due to Covid-19 we were unable to host our in-person holiday event, however, thanks to your generosity we fulfilled the gift wishes of over 235 foster children!

Please join us in our efforts to makeover the youth play room at the Polinsky Children’s Center, a temporary shelter for San Diego area foster children run by the County of San Diego.

The play room is in dire need of updating to make it a warm and inviting facility for the foster children who have found themselves separated from their families. We want to make it an enticing distraction for these children in need, while they are processed through the system.

SD Foster Angels has worked with a pro bono designer to create a wonderful space, we have compiled an Amazon wishlist which you may purchase directly from. In addition, you may provide us funds to purchase paints and other materials needed. All donations are tax deductible, please contact us for the form.

Sponsor a foster youth this holiday season!

Our annual holiday party will unfortunately not be taking place due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, we are aiming to fulfill the wish lists for 180 foster youth living in San Diego County group homes. We are pairing volunteers from our community to purchase gifts ($50 value) for these foster youth. You may participate by donating through the link on our website, and we will purchase a gift on your behalf. Checks can be mailed to our address. Alternatively, please email us if you prefer to purchase and wrap a personalized gift and we will pair you with a child’s request. All donations are tax deductible.
